The Rotary Club of Norfolk will provide dentures or replacement teeth for 100 lower-income people this year as part of the club's centennial celebration.

South Hampton Roads residents between 18 and 70 with a household income below 200 percent of the federal poverty level could be eligible.

Rotary Smiles aims to help people whose lack of teeth has hurt efforts to obtain employment and self-sufficiency.
